Internship Monograph - Food Technology

INTERNSHIP MONOGRAPH

The internship monograph aims at the development of a technical-scientific work conducted according to scientific methodology and has the purpose of producing knowledge through the application of concepts, analysis and synthesis of experiences and learnings accumulated throughout the course.

The student must demonstrate the capacity to develop a work of synthesis and integration of knowledge in the area of Food Technology, autonomously and independently, under the supervision of a faculty member of the course or a faculty member in a related area of the FURG-SAP campus.

The internship monograph will be individual, related to professional duties, and its theme will be chosen together with the supervising professor based on the analysis and resolution of a problem detected during internship activities, in an area related to the undergraduate course. It will consist of a final report (internship monograph) and an oral presentation to an examining committee, which will be open to the public.
