FOOD TECHNOLOGY
The course will enable the training of a technologist professional to work in the food and beverage industry, providing theoretical and practical knowledge necessary to ensure quality, safety, processing, storage and technological innovations in the food area, improving traditional production and industrialization processes.
Profile: The professional should be able to work in advisory, consulting, processing and quality control in food and beverages, chemical, microbiological, sensory, toxicological and environmental analyses, product development and the ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, with a commitment to professional ethics and the sustainable development of the sector.
