COURSE RULES

This section contains the regulations and rules that guide the academic activities of the Food Technology course. The documents available here establish the procedures, criteria and requirements for fulfilling mandatory curricular activities, in accordance with the Pedagogical Project (PPC) of the course.

  • Extension Activities — regulation that defines the guidelines for the development and use of university extension activities provided for in the course curriculum;
  • Internship — rules governing the supervised internship, including approval requirements, required documentation and responsibilities of those involved;
  • Internship Monograph — guidelines for the preparation and evaluation of the internship monograph, the final course work required for curriculum completion.
